The ingredients of cold start fluid are low-ignition-point compounds, mainly ether, which has a low flash point and is easy to volatilize, so that the engine can start smoothly at low temperatures. Because the starting fluid has the characteristics of being volatile and having a low ignition point, it can start the engine quickly and smoothly under severe weather conditions or when the cylinder pressure is insufficient, effectively preventing excessive loss of batteries, motors and ignition switches due to cold and humid weather or insufficient cylinder pressure. Cold start fluid can shorten the engine start time and extend the battery life in severe cold and low temperatures. It can be sprayed into the cylinder to help start the engine when it is difficult to start in winter.

Specific operation methods of cold start fluid:

1. Before starting a cold car, shake the cold start fluid and spray it directly into the intake system.

2. Before using the cold start fluid, preheat the fuel tank and oil pan to ensure that the moving parts in the engine are well lubricated, and install a fuel tank heater for preheating.
3. Spray the cold start fluid into the air filter inlet. After starting the diesel engine, let the diesel engine run at idle speed to warm up. Do not throttle the engine. Pay attention to the oil pressure indicator to prevent the engine oil from flowing poorly at low temperatures and the lubrication of lubricating parts such as bearings from being strained or burned.
Precautions for using cold start fluid:
1. The low-temperature start fluid container should be installed in a cool and ventilated place, away from high-temperature heat sources, and open flames are prohibited to prevent explosions and injuries.
2. The low-temperature start fluid is flammable and anesthetic. It should be sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse with low temperature. It should not be stored in the open air. Personal safety should be paid attention to during storage.
